Information about bowls

Engraving
Bowls can be engraved, they are sent to our Stafford factory, typically 2 week ETA
How do I choose preferred bowls mount colour?
If you have a preferred mount colour, please let us know via phone or email and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Jack Stamping
We are able to test, adjust & re-stamp jacks, our Stafford branch is certified to re-stamp all BCGBA authorised Crown Green Jacks. Typically takes 2 weeks.
Refurbishment Waiting Time
Typically refurbishments take 4-6 weeks. There are some exceptions, for example, resizing bowls and inserting new mounts may take a little longer, ETA available on request.
Refurbishments
We offer a range of refurbishments, including: Testing and adjusting bias, inserting new mounts, resizing bowls, lacquering bowls and inserting dimple and crescent grips. Available on all composite and lignum vitae bowls.
The Colour, Size or Density, I want isn’t shown on the website?
If there isn’t a particular colour, size or density available on certain bowls listings, it maybe because they are not available, however, contact us as we might be able to get what you’re looking for.
What size bowl do I need?
Ideally, a bowl should fit comfortably in the palm of your hand, your thumbs and middle fingers should touch when putting your hands around the largest circumference of the bowl, you should be able to hold the bowl upside down for a few seconds without dropping it, or feeling it slip.

How do I reset my password?

The process to reset your password depends on if you are already logged into your account or not. The processes for both are below:

If you are not logged in

  1. Tap on the link ‘Forgotten your password? Reset
  2. Enter your email address that you used to set up the account
  3. We’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password 

If you are logged in

  1. Tap on your name in the top corner
  2. Choose ‘My Account
  3. Tap on ‘Change Password’ under the Security header.
How do I unsubscribe from news and updates?

You can change your notification preferences from within your account settings. To access your account settings, tap on your name in the top corner and then choose ‘My Account’. You can change the preferences under the header ‘Email Notifications’.

How do I update my account details?
You can update your details within your account settings, to do this tap on the settings icon and hit 'Account'.
